When purchasing a used vehicle from a dealer or privately, make sure to turn the key forward so all the warning lights come on. If the check engine light, ABS or TPMS lights don't come on (they should), the bulb is burnt out or missing. This could mean that there is a problem someone did not want to repair, and that the bulb was tampered with. Be careful!!
